1. If my pet should pass away during your off-hours, what should I do?
Answer: First, call your local veterinarian and explain the situation. They can hold the pet until we schedule a pickup.

2. I want to drop my pet off at your cremation facility, what do I need to know?
Answer: Please call our office for drop-off times. Your pet can also be taken to your local Veterinarian after hours and picked up by our company at a later time.

3. Is it possible to see your facility prior to services?
Answer: If you would like to see our facility prior to utilizing our services, please call the office. While we do not arrange full tours, we would be more than happy to show you around and explain how the procedures are done.

4. How far in advance should I let you know I would like an Attended Cremation?
Answer: We understand that a Pet's passing is not scripted. But if you have a schedule for euthanasia and would like to attend your Pet's cremation, or if your Pet has passed and is being held at your Veterinarian, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to schedule the cremation in a timely manner. Please understand that we are doing cremations throughout the day andnormally cannot do attended cremations the same day. Depending on other scheduled cremations, your cremation may not be scheduled for a few days.

5. Is it possible to stop in and talk to someone about my options?
Answer: We are pleased to have Pet owners take an interest in what happens to their Petwhen they pass away. We are very proud of our facility and the way we perform our services and are happy to speak with you about your options. Please call our office as we may be able to answer your questions over the phone, but if you would like to speak directly to someone, please call and make an appointment. We have a small staff in the office and are quie busy. But we would be happy to speak with you for a few minutes.

6. Does my Veterinariuan utilize your servces?
Answer: Western Farm services over 320 Veterinarians from Ohio and Pennsylvania. Please call your local Veterinarian to see if they use Western Farm as their After Death Care Service.

7. Do you administer euthanasia at your facility?
Answer: We do not euthanize Pets at our facility. Please call your local Veterinarian for this service.

8. What are your hours of operation and office hours?
Answer: Any visits to our facility are by appointment only as we have a small staff in our office. Our hours of operation are as follows;

Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Closed weekends and Holidays
Animal Kingdom Pet Cemetery
All hours by appointment only
The cemetery grounds are never closed and can be visited at any time.

9. My Pet was was commonly cremated, where do the ashes go?
Answer: All common cremation ashes are buried on our restricted Pet Cemetery grounds where they will never be disturbed.
